ScholarTool respects intellectual-property rights and reviews sufficiently detailed copyright notices in good faith.
Send a written notice to hello@scholartool.net with the subject “Copyright Notice.” Identify the copyrighted work, the material claimed to infringe, its ScholarTool URL, your contact details, and enough information for us to locate and evaluate the claim.
Include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
A person whose material was removed or restricted may submit a counter-notification identifying the material and its former location, explaining in good faith why the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, providing contact details, and including the declarations and signature required by applicable law.
ScholarEase Consultancy Services LLP, as operator of ScholarTool, may request clarification, restrict or remove material while reviewing a notice, notify the affected party, and take other appropriate action. False or materially misleading notices may have legal consequences; obtain legal advice when unsure.
This policy may be updated as site practices or applicable requirements change. Last updated: July 14, 2026.
