By using ScholarTool, you agree to these terms. You may use public content and tools for lawful personal, educational, research, and professional-support workflows, subject to the stated limitations and applicable law.

User responsibility

You are responsible for inputs, assumptions, interpretation, verification, and decisions made from outputs. Do not treat a result as certified design, safety, legal, regulatory, or compliance approval.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not misuse the site to violate law, rights, security controls, or service availability.
• Do not represent ScholarTool output as independently certified or approved.
• Do not reproduce substantial site content, branding, or source material without permission where permission is required.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, automated abuse, malicious upload, or code execution.

Intellectual property

ScholarTool branding, original text, interface design, and original source material belong to ScholarEase Consultancy Services LLP or their respective licensors. Technical standards, software names, and third-party references remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and liability

The site is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee that every tool, result, link, or service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by unsupported reliance on site output.
